Prepare the campaign profile

Enter the standard information once. Each campaign keeps a browser-local snapshot so you can switch campaigns without re-entering the common details.

About this tool

Prepare reusable website data, work through directory submissions, and keep every backlink request organized.

Backlink Submission Assistant is a guided workspace for free directory submissions. Save the website information you reuse, choose the directories that fit the site, review the known processing path, open each submission visibly, and track what still needs attention. It is designed to reduce repetitive data entry while keeping CAPTCHA, final review, and directory-specific decisions under your control.

Reuse website submission data

Load a website from My Websites and choose one of its saved Submission Details profiles. This can restore the business, website, META, contact, image, and deep-link information you normally enter again on every directory.

Build a focused directory queue

Search the managed directory list, select all, verified, or unverified sources, choose the link type, and keep only the directories you want to process in the current queue.

Review the processing path first

The review table shows whether a directory is mapped for visible automation, needs assisted/manual work, or has a known CAPTCHA checkpoint before you start.

Finish and track submissions

Use Process to open the directory workflow. If an extension or external site does not report completion correctly, Mark as done lets you record the submission manually and remove it from the active queue.

Campaigns

Create or load campaigns from Settings when you want to keep a group of directory submissions together. Campaign controls stay out of the main workspace so the submission flow remains focused.

Saved Website

Choose a website you already manage in My Websites. The website URL becomes the base identity for the submission workflow.

Submission Details

Select a reusable profile belonging to that website, such as Main Website, Local Business, SaaS / Software, Product / Service, or another profile you created for a different submission context.

Profile data

Review the title, category, description, META content, contact details, address, image, and deep links before processing directories. You can still adjust values for the current submission when needed.

Link type

Sets the backlink/listing type that should be used for the directories selected in the current queue.

Direct submit

When enabled, an eligible mapped form with no detected CAPTCHA can continue without the final review/countdown. Keep it off when you prefer to review every final submission yourself.

Directory selection

Use quick selection or search to build the queue. Verified means the directory has been checked in the managed catalogue; unverified entries may need more manual review.

Review queue

Shows the processing mode, CAPTCHA expectation, and available actions before an external directory is opened.

Suggest directory

Use the toolbar action to send a free directory for review. Suggestions do not enter the public directory list automatically; they go through the MNBTools review process first.

My Websites→Main Website profile→Selected directories→Review→Process / Mark as done

Save the reusable website data once, load the appropriate profile for the current task, select only the relevant directories, and then work through the review queue without re-entering the same submission information.

Tip

If one website needs different information for general directories, local citations, SaaS listings, or regional submissions, create separate Submission Details profiles instead of repeatedly rewriting the same fields inside the assistant.
